Job Bot does not browse: you have the browser and the mailbox, Job Bot keeps the record. Each match needs a role, a company and a source_ref that identifies the posting, so the same posting arriving twice is one row. jobbot.match.react | Keep a role or pass on it. Keep means it is worth a document; pass means it is not, and it stays on file with the reason rather than disappearing. There is no third reaction: neither one applies for anybody, and nothing in Job Bot reaches an employer. Reacting the same way twice changes nothing and says so. | write | Free |
jobbot.application.record | Record where an application stands, from what the person tells you. Job Bot never submits anything and cannot see an employer, so every state from submitted onward is their own report and is stored as one. Opening an application needs a company and a role; moving it needs the application_id and the state it moved to. The allowed moves are draft to prepared to approved to submitted to interviewing, and then offer, rejected or withdrawn, which end it. jobbot.materials.tailor | Build the next version of a resume or cover letter for one application. Every line carries the fact ids it stands on, and a line citing a fact that is not Verified blocks the approval -- the version is still written so the person can fix it on the claims review page, and the answer says which lines are the problem. A line citing nothing is Unresolved. A version that breaks one of the person's narrative rules is refused outright rather than written for them to delete. jobbot.review.request | Put the current offered version of one Job Bot document in your owner's attention feed for review. Pass only the document and version already in this installation; Job Bot reloads them before publishing and derives the card from that canonical record. The card asks for review only. jobbot.fact.record | Write down one thing about the person, with the source it rests on. The status is worked out from the source and cannot be passed in: a document or a system record with a citation makes it Verified, the person telling you makes it Claimed, and an inference or no source at all makes it Unresolved. A fact that is not Verified must say what proof is still needed. Corrections supersede rather than overwrite: pass supersedes with the old fact_id and the old row stays readable, pointing at the new one. Pass verify_fact_id with a source to move a Claimed fact up; a person simply repeating themselves does not. | write | Free |
jobbot.pipeline.summary | Where everything stands: applications by state, how many facts are not yet Verified, the deadlines with the calculated ones flagged when their anchor is unconfirmed, and the questions only the person can answer. Calculated deadlines are recomputed on every call from the facts as they stand, so a corrected anchor moves every date derived from it.
